About Me
Growing up, I always thought that I was going to join my father as a lawyer and so earned a law degree. However, I discovered my true calling in the classroom, teaching science. What began as curiosity, fun and joy became a lifelong mission: shaping schools where every student can thrive.
I have taught and led in India, New Zealand, Australia, and the United States, experiences that shaped my global perspective and reinforced one core belief: diversity is a strength, and equity is non-negotiable. I love visiting different countries and learning from different cultures.
My Core Beliefs
- Every student deserves dignity, opportunity, and high expectations.
- Strong schools are built on relationships, collaboration, and support.
- Leadership is about empowering students and staff to reach their full potential.
“No student should ever be treated differently because of their ethnicity, language, or background.”
My Leadership Philosophy
Leadership starts with being visible, approachable, and intentional. I focus on creating a culture where every student feels challenged, supported, and inspired, and where teachers are empowered to innovate and grow.
A Message to Students
Your future is in your hands. Dream big, make a plan, and pursue it with determination. I believe in your potential — and I am here to support you every step of the way.
